Hello, 

Now the day in android world samsung update are top of the line. But reality is other, now samsung has provide 4 year of major update in midrange smartphone like M34, F34, A34,54,F54 etc but reality is has this device only gets 3 major update of the ota(over the air update) because,

So this is not good because samsung advertisement has say 4 year of major update and also youtuber has also say that 4 year major update so he say this mobile out of box has android 13 than he gets 14,15,16,17

But the reality is phone only gets 3 major update 14,15,16.

And samsung has calculate the pre-install android version in major update.

Four major updates are only for recent models ,and its not counted from date of purchase of the device.
Example, A54 will get upto Android 17 counted from Android 13 which is total of four major updates.

Don't believe them (support team). It will get 4 OS Updates and 5 Yr security updates.
