To my understanding, Samsung Internet Browser is a chromium based browser and the chromium version also gets updated Every time we update the Samsung Internet Browser.

Nope not true. Samsung just fixes upstream bugs but do not update the Chromium version most of the time. It's always atleast 5-6 versions late. Being a Chromium based browser does not mean it will automatically get the latest Chromium versions. The app was made on top of Chromium base code but the app developer needs to manually update the Chromium version each time Google releases an update. It's the same as Google first makes the Android OS versions and then other OEMs incorporate it into their OS. We download so many things online and use so many private websites and enter so many sensitive information on our browsers and being on an older Chromium version poses a great security risk.

May be it's true!
But the fact is almost Every Week One or more vulnerabilities are found on Chromium Source Code itself (Google Chrome Browser too), SO IT IS AS VULNERABLE AS THE GOOGLE CHROME ON DAILY BASIS 😂.
So in this case I have stopped bothering myself.
I use Samsung Internet Browser because it provides some exclusive features and I love those.

Not a logical argument. People get their house broken even when their houses are locked. Does it stop you from locking your house?

I'm not arguing with you.
Just saying that different people have different priorities.
If you use a browser to visit numerous websites (mostly weird , risky ones) then everyone should use a browser which is UPDATED. But, to those who don't open such sites just us it to visit some specific, known-safe sites then this Samsung Internet Browser is a good alternative.
Because it provides so many Useful features then other browsers don't.
Some features are following:
1. Blocks apps from opening the Browser: If I get an Suspicious link on SMS/WHATSAPP/EMAIL/YOUTUBE etc and click on the link, then this app will block the link, it will not open it - without my 2nd confirmation.

2. I can play YouTube in background (A feature that provided to youtube premium members only), I BET YOU NO OTHER BROWSER PROVIDES THAT.

3. I DON'T OPEN SPOOKY WEBSITES. ALTHOUGH IT HAS PROTECTION FOR THAT TOO.
