Unable to send captured video over WhatsApp

Getting difficulties to send captured videos over WhatsApp. Tried many times but observing the error as attached. 

Any suggestions to rectify it please

Are you trying to send 2K or 4K videos?

Just check if the file size is too big to be sent on WhatsApp
