Unable to add Cards in samsung pay

I bought my note 20 from usa and been using it since a month but today while adding my old INDIAN cards I realised I cannot add my cards and also I can't change region is there a way thru?

I have SAMSUNG GEAR S3 CLASSIC. Purchesed in 2017 from SINGAPORE. 


I was enjoying SAMSUNG PAY on my watch. After updating by SAMSUNG in 2021 still I was enjoying SAMSUNG PAY on my watch.


After resetting my watch now message appears "THIS FEATURE IS NOT AVELEBAL IN YOUR COUNTRY". When I tried to DOWN LOAD from GALAXY STORE.


Pl to needful in the above matter.
