The beta testing for s10+ and note 10 has just been ended. These devices haven't got stable version yet. I think you will have to wait a little longer for A series devices to get Android 10 and UI 2.0 update. Have patience buddy

I don't know the exact date or month per se, but i think they will also get it around march 2020 or so.
