When there is a security update or OTA update, should I just click on update in the mobile or is there any other way to update the phone software?

I just learnt that I should be using samsung smartswitch connected to the laptop to do so.. if we do that, can i avoid the bugs that are been reported after the update?

Where I can know this complete process of updation?

You can do update via samsung smart swithch. But there is no guarantee that you end-up with no bugs.

Just connect phone via smart switch. Check for software update from there only. And follow the step by step procedure displayed on laptop/pc screen.

I hv downloaded SS on to my laptop.. will try.. but samsung bugs.. we can't escape!
