Galaxy M40. My Earphones are fully Damaged so I bought a new one in another brand but it's not Supporting. How to Fix this Problem sir... My Mobile is already Upto date.

It won't support. You need to check if that support the same codec as Samsung has.

i would suggest you to buy type-c to 3.5mm adapter. Reason is 3.5mm is universal jack means you can put in laptop, car, other mobiles & more.

You are right. But also adapter is not working,again its unsupportable
