The Alarm app icon can itself be a widget

Here's how, 

I noticed this a few days back, the minute and hour hands on the clock app icon changes according the device time. So the icon itself can be used a tiny widget on the homescreen. 

Note: Ignore it, if you knew it way before me.

The time was 17:33 at the time of the screenshot was taken.
