Take control of the subject with Manual Focus

Manipulate focus like a PRO!

Pro mode gives you the power to adjust focus on desired subject in preview manually.

This will blur out other objects having different depth as compared to focused subject thereby giving a more professional look to your photos.

Not just focus, we can achieve transition effect too in pro video mode by manipulating manual focus.

Simply select pro video mode and during recording select focus icon in pro mode control bar.

Then simply change focus gradually using the slider to have a transition effect from background object to foreground or vice versa.

Focus peaking feature of Samsung Camera App will help you in getting precise transition. Follow green lines in preview to check current focused object.

What is the unit of manual focus numbers? For example, the slider allows to change the focus from 0.0 to 1.0. What is the unit of these numbers? Is that unit mm? micro meters?
