Check your Google Play system update are September month latest...

Then go SETTINGS menu scroll down click SECURITY & PRIVACY option...
again scroll down find MORE SETTINGS options tap it u have it...

Google play system updated to sptember 1.. bt still yet not find this option..my device is s23 ultra
