Suggestion Quick panel

Can we include the change of data usage from one sim to another sim in the first swipe of quick panel. 

Currently if we want to change data usage from one sim to another, we have to pull down the quick panel twice and then we get the option of changing the data. 

So my suggestion if implemented would be helpful. 

Edit: I use nova launcher.

Use two finger to pull down quick panel. It will directly go to the expanded quick panel.

I use nova launcher. You suggested is a better option. But my motto is, the entire screen shouldn't be used just to change the data toggle.
