I would like to share a product suggestion that I believe has huge potential to increase user satisfaction and accessory sales.
Currently, full S-Pen functionality is limited to the Galaxy Ultra series. While the Ultra is a premium and powerful device, not all customers who truly value S-Pen productivity tools are able to purchase it.
There is a large audience of creative users, students, business professionals, and productivity enthusiasts who use the S-series and A-series, but would still love to have S-Pen support.
Suggestion:
Please consider offering a stand-alone S-Pen with full functionality along with a separate S-Pen charging case, so it can be purchased and used independently across compatible devices.
Benefits:
Makes Samsung’s creativity & productivity tools more accessible
Unlocks a new accessory market & boosts revenue
Serves users who prefer compact S-series phones but still need the S-Pen
Many Ultra owners don’t fully utilize the S-Pen, while many non-Ultra users would
This approach would empower more users and further strengthen Samsung’s ecosystem advantage.
Thank you for considering this idea, and for constantly innovating. Samsung continues to set global standards in mobile technology — and this enhancement could make it even more inclusive and versatile.

This usually happens when:
You changed your Samsung account, or
You signed in with a different Samsung account than the one originally used to create the Secure Folder.
The Secure Folder is tied to the original Samsung account used to set it up — that’s why it’s asking to “sign in as dattvishnu224@gmail.com and reset your Secure Folder lock.”
---
🪄 Step-by-Step Fix
✅ Step 1: Confirm you’re signed in with the correct Samsung account
1. Go to Settings → Samsung Account.
2. Check that the signed-in email is dattvishnu224@gmail.com.
If not, sign out of the current one and sign in using that exact account.
---
✅ Step 2: Reset your Secure Folder lock
Once you’ve confirmed the correct Samsung account is active:
1. Go to Settings → Biometrics and Security → Secure Folder.
2. Tap on “Forgot Secure Folder lock” (or “Reset Secure Folder lock”, depending on your phone version).
3. It will prompt you to sign in with your Samsung account password.
4. After signing in successfully, you’ll be able to:
Reset the PIN/Pattern/Password, or
Access the Secure Folder again.
---
🧩 Step 3: If you can’t see the “Forgot PIN” option
If your Secure Folder opens directly to the lock screen but doesn’t show that option:
1. Tap the three dots (⋮) at the top right → “Settings” (if available).
2. Look for “Reset Secure Folder lock” or “Forgot password”.
3. Follow the same Samsung Account verification process.
---
🚨 If nothing works:
You can delete and reinstall the Secure Folder (⚠️ this will erase its contents):
1. Go to Settings → Apps → Secure Folder → Storage → Clear data.
2. Then go to Settings → Biometrics and Security → Secure Folder → Uninstall Secure Folder.
3. After uninstalling, reinstall Secure Folder from Settings or Galaxy Store, and set it up again using your Samsung account.
