Bro, it won't work..try to understand it's working mechanism and why it's only specific to the note series and some of the tabs..The S pen is an inductive stylus not like the regular simple writing pen..
The display on the note series has an active digitizer under the glass and when the S pen gets closer to the glass/screen, the magnetic field of the active digitizer induces a current that power its internal circuitry, here power is passed like a wireless charging mat..
The digitizer layer has only one work keep tracks of where the tip of the S pen is..(its like converting the movement of the pen into electrical signals)..So, other phones don't have this digitizer to create a magnetic field which powers the S pen..
NOTE: THERE ARE DIFFERENT CATEGORIES OF STYLUS AND ONE SHOULD HAVE AN IDEA THAT WHAT TYPE OF STYLUS CAN SIMULATES YOUR FINGERS.

no. the s pen uses some electromagnetic induction and the note device has a special display for that s pen to work. so only note devices can sense the s pen. s pen doesnt need to be charged but note 9 s pen charges automatically when it was inserted onto device.

bit you can use some other stylus from local stores for your S10 but beware that might damage your display
