For accessing user manual
go to
Settings-slide down-there you will see user manual option -click on that and manual will be opened in your browser.

The user manual must be preloaded in the phone itself as in the Chinese smartphones.
There are certain features needed to be added in these devices such as
net speed indicator
screen recorder
more control on iso and shutter speed in camera
more features in video editor

and many more.

To resolve the speaker issue kindly follow below given steps:-


1. Disconnect all accessories plugged into the headphone jack like, selfie stick, headphone, Bluetooth, etc..
Remove any third-party case, protective films, or any other accessory that usually comes in contact with your device. (If any)


2. Reset the device and before resetting the device make sure to create data backup of your device via Smart Switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
Settings > General Management > Reset.

Totally misunderstood the problem.
It looks like an assembling issue...not at all related to resetting the phone...

Samsung should resist from posting standard responses without going thru the description....

Can you people confirm about this rattling noise is inherent built in..
I went to your service centre today. as a standard practice, they didn't find anything wrong and my visit proved futile...

How can one replicate the problem which is there but not showing up??

Can you enlighten why there is no noise from my phone to the other caller, though I am able to hear callers voice...???
