After updating my m30s to android 10 i am getting sound problem . Before update it was all fine sound was loud and good but after update even the sound is full in sound bar but i am getting low sound in media and incoming calls
Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
1. Check device volume settings if its full or not.
2. Check mute all sound option Settings > Accessibility > Hearing enhancements > Disable Mute all sounds (if enabled).
