Dear sir/mam

 
I would like to inform you that my wife is using samsung m21 model , we have updated its software through software update but after update the mobile os got failed, i contacted the samsung customer care at dewas m.p but they failed to restore my software  also a service charge of rs 180 was taken.
 
When they failed i went there to collect my mobile and observed that 3-4 customer were there with the very same problem.
 
This gives a bad impression of organisation regarding the behaviour and customer service provided. I dont think i can purchase a samsung handset in future nor i can recommend anyone for opting samsung mobiles..as such software failure are observed which is result of your own software update provided by samsung..
 
Please think how a customer will feel ig all of sudden his mobile is not working and all his data is lost...
 
Please look into this matter

Sorry to hear, if you haven't already gotten the wrong impression about samsung's treatment of it's users, you must be a saint. After years of being a Samsung user, I've finally given up on it, aas soon as they rolled out the April update. I'm not going to get another samsung again
