Respected Sir,
                My name is Gulshan Kumar Jakhon and i am student. I want to talk about a very serious issue about your Samsung Galaxy M30s Phone. After latest update on M30s (i.e. Android 11) many student in my college and many Samsung User which use M30s phone are facing this problem.

    Major Problems :

  1. Stuck at logo page.
  2. Suddenly restart after 10-15 min. when i switch on my phone.
  3. Most of time it Stuck at Samsung Logo whole night. so this cause overheating..
  4. While Charging it show only 1st step i.e. (on lightning ).
  5. Phone unexpectedly shutting down. and many more....

    Even i restart several times, also factory reset my phone 3 times. i also check option in device care. but not get perfect solution.

This problem is not occur in my phone but almost in Samsung Galaxy M series and A series phone after android update. You can check this with your Employee
When I visit Samsung Service Center they ask for approx 7000rs and they will change mother board.(After expire warranty)
And actual prize of Samsung M30s is Rs 13999
As Many of people including me belongs to a middle Family and we can't afford such repair cost, as i am a Engineering Student so i done most of my College work with my phone(specially in Online mode) and from 30'June we have our Semester exams.

So please i request you to please take some action about this issue..

Doing nthg... I sent a mail they said they will roll out updatw for that.

But my phone is not condition in Switch on 

then how can i update it😅

and also it take more time for update

I visited Samsung Authorised Service Centre and after examine they said that there is a problem in your MotherBoard and you need to pay approx 8000rs  for replacing Motherboard for your smartphone. 

and,

Note :

     They also suggest that if any update come in any Samsung phone then you need to visit samsung authorised service centre and we will update your phone , and please Do not Update it by your self.
