Samsung A 20S I have been facing problem of slow internet connectivity.

Hi there,

 

Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:

  • Kindly check mobile data/use packet data is enabled or not.
  • Go to Settings>>connection>>mobile network >>Access Point Names>tap on three dots >> Reset APN as default.
  • Reset network settings (Scroll down notification panel >Settings >General Management >Reset >Reset network settings)

For further assistance, register your concern in the Samsung members app (Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
