Since last month I an getting this message known as SIM CARD CRASH.I own a Samsung Galaxy a10s. Is anybody else facing this same issue. Please help me

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

1. Please chack after reinserting SIM card. 

 

2. Check device network mode settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > network mode SIM1 or SIM2 > network mode.

 

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).
