I have Samsung F62 mobile. I am facing error issue in my Samsung member app. When I clicked on the community tab icon the error shows "Server Error. Try again later" and if I clicked on the My Pages link again the error "Server Error. Try again later (0)" . but when i used another account its working normal without any error.
Samsung customer support told me try safe mode, cache clear and reset device. i tried all of these but no solution.
why samsung customer support says try to reset device on all problems ?
