Separate password for biometrics modifications

Add option to set a separate password (instead of using lock screen password) for biometric settings. It would make our personal data secure even if someone has access to our lock screen password. This would make sure that no one except me can add or modify biometrics data.

totally agree with this statement or use samsung account password to change biometric security.
