Issues I've faced with Secure Folder -
1. GOOGLE ACCOUNT: Although, we can add Google accounts, but If Google ask for verification (which it does occasionally) - it can't verify the account (for password change, View Active logins/Your devices .. etc) in Secure Folder ... As a result - We can't access the Google account and use most of the features.
2. BANKING: Banking apps doesn't work in Secure Folder.
3. UPI: UPI Apps doesn't work in Secure Folder.

SECURE FOLDER feature creates a Virtual Space to store data, encrypted.
Why should I use Secure Folder?
- One case is,
To hide SENSITIVE, PERSONAL data (Files, Docs, etc) - OFFLINE.
WHICH OTHER THIRD-PARTY APPS ALSO CAN DO.
Third party apps like Google Files, Google Photos etc - also provide such features.. they ENCRYPT files and hide them from other apps. And Without the encryption key it's impossible to access those files/data.

My opinion:
Secure Folder is just an Overkill.
As,
1. It creates a Virtual Space but on that space most of the Apps (Banking apps, UPI, Google Accounts etc) doesn't work.
Means, Virtual Space==Useless.
2. Apps like Google Files do the same thing without creating an another space (Virtual), WHICH IS EFFICIENT. So, Samsung should have just follow the same.
3. (Pros.) We can retrieve the password of the SECURE FOLDER in case we forgot. If Samsung could build an App which works like Google Files, Google Photos apps.. , Adding such Password recovery shouldn't be hard to achieve.
CONCLUSION:
If we can't use every apps (like we can do in real phone) in Virtual Space like SECURE FOLDER, the SECURE FOLDER is a Overkill.
Just use Google Files.
Or, discontinue Secure Folder and add an app which function as Google Files.
