Scan QR code from Quick panel not working

Anyone facing this issue? I am tapping on it but nothing opens up.

Once check inside camera settings>if thart option is enabled or not..
Or
Swipe down notification panel and tap on qr code button and point camera towards qr code..

Once reset camera to default settings and enable it again

Yes, somewhat. When I did a reset once, still was not opening anything. Then I updated webview. Now it's working but opens the camera like 2 seconds later after tapping on it.

If you directly open camera app
And place a qr code it will scan
Not need to tap that option
