Samsung service center employees doesn't know about security patch updates

Yesterday I went to Samsung service center and showed my s22 Ultra to the so called service engineer. Informed the Google play system update stuck at July 2022. He checked and took my phone inside, after 5 min he came out and told me that, there is no issue with Google play system and no need to update. 

I told him it's also a security patch update where people still using One UI 4.1 got update upto October 2022. Also told Samsung pushing monthly security update. He strongly denied Samsung won't give monthly security update. Only 2 years OS update and 3 security patch updates. In between Samsung will issue update only when customers complaint like camera failed, heating or battery drain. I really shocked how this guy not updating himself. Surely he doesn't know anything about software and firmware. Really don't know how Samsung allowing service franchise to recruit this kind of dump employees. How can we handover 1.2 lakes worth phone to this guy.

Samsung service center employees and these WhatsApp executives, they really know nothing.
Samsung is itself degrading in this field.

Samsung has nothing do with Google play system update. Pls try to do manual update by yourself, if it's not updating means Google may have a good reason.Screenshot_20221124_182705_Google Play Store_1000004369_1669294626.jpg

Same s22 Ultra running One UI 4.1 got October patch. One UI 5.0 updated device stuck with July patch. So Samsung only need to address this issue

I have to manually Update Google Play System Update in S22 Ultra.
My Phone also stuck in 1 July 2022. After One UI Beta to Stable Update.

My S22 Ultra Admitted to Authorized Service Center. I am Facing Video Recording Problem only at FHD60 fps and when AUTO FPS OPTION is ON. But if i Turn OFF AUTO FPS Option then no problem.
Engineer Asked me that What is AUTO FPS OPTION.?
My Google Play System Update stuck in 1 July 2022
