Samsung m31 device is bad for OTG supporting. I'm unhappy from Samsung.

Samsung is very bad device related to OTG I get samsung m31 6July and install and configure after that i connected external storage using OTG than unable to use it.so I connect helpdesk no than my pro broblem not shutout. So I decided to return this device.

In my m31 OTG is supported, if you are facing problem while using OTG then check your OTG
