I purchased m30s phone 3 months back every thing is good but recently I am facing phone hanging problem some times. I formatted 2 time again I am facing same issue

Do you use large apps or games on your phone?

Also, what exactly were you doing when the phone hanged?

In order to examine the issue occurring in your device kindly send device log file within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details, using Samsung member application i.e. Samsung member app > Click on + icon > Send feedback > Error report > Collect log files>attach.
