Samsung uploaded a video on Samsung India channel. The video tells how 16 GB Ram Plus makes the device fast. Just read the title. A normal user who doesn't know about this will just buy the phone in the name of 16 GB ram. The user doesn't know if it is physical or virtual ram. I agree they say it in the Description that it is RAM Plus. But hey, most people don't know what RAM Plus is and people will think it has physical RAM itself. Plus, most people don't check the description box.

At the end of the video they tell- Seamless multi-tasking with 16 GB* Ram.

Below in small they tell with 8 GB ram model and 8 GB ram Plus. 

Samsung you can't make a device with 16 GB ram just by 8 GB ram Plus.
