I own a few Samsung products and have them registered but it is a difficult process accessing my account. There are so many similar apps it is just confusing. Samsung Shop, Samsung members, My Galaxy and when I try to access My Page it sometimes shows the registered products but mostly shows nothing is registered. Now want to get an extended warranty for a S22 but cannot access the page where it is registered. Very irritating
I completely agree. There seem to be multiple ways to access ones account and no clear route. My trust in Samsung to actually be able to handle my data is clouded to say the least.
Searching for a "one stop app" in Iphone app store gives no result ... i simply cannot identify if there is such a app even though they promote "Samsung Members". Login from apple devices is uphill as their webpage sometimes ignores a simple push on a "yes button" for login. Had to go to Windows to get login to my account to work.
Login time disconnect after a few minutes forcing yet another round of 2-factor authentication with a messaged number. I ran out of attempts for this and has to use the "call back with code" which is told by a robot voice too fast to understand.
My God oh. Now I understand and appreciate why I pay so much for my Apple phone, watch and iPad and these things just work and I am confident they have registerede my devices correctly.
