All the suggested settings I have applied still facing the same network issue. We will have to take legal action against samsung.

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

1. Check network operator settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically > OK > Registered on network.

Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.

 

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).

haa bhaiii ye problem tho mere m31 k sath bhiii haiii baar baar aeroplane modw chalu ker k baand ker na padta hai........ per ye phone ki problem niiii haiiii..... aapkk network area ki problem haiii...... .... .....
and u can go to settings than connections than mobile networks than network operators fiir app automatic vala select ker lo .... aap chahoo tho... lte peelr bhiii tap ker do...... thoo bhii na sahii hovay thoo Samsung members app pay feedback de do.........
