So should we take any precautions?

Samsung did not immediately respond when reached for comment, but in a statement shared with Bloomberg, Samsung confirmed a “security breach” related to certain internal company data but said no personal data belonging to customers or employees was accessed by the hackers.

“According to our initial analysis, the breach involves some source code relating to the operation of Galaxy devices, but does not include the personal information of our consumers or employees,” the Samsung statement said. “Currently, we do not anticipate any impact to our business or customers. We have implemented measures to prevent further such incidents and will continue to serve our customers without disruption.”

Unfortuantely given how bad is the update situation in Samsung,I would rather take my chances by not updating. Atleast the phone will be usable.

Yes always loved the Note and Samsung is lucky that they released Note in form of S22 Ultra else I would have left the brand 🙂
