Samsung UI 2.0 update

I have Samsung a7 2018

Ui 2.0 update 

1. Videocall error.

2. Phone hangs a lot

3. Sometimes call function does not work

I am also using samsung a7 2018 but my phone does not have these error

well just turn off the phone and restart it...I hope everything will work fine...bcoz I did had some issue on the a7 device...when I updated it to anroid 10..but after turning off...everything was perfect..now I don't have any issue at all.

Take a backup and reset the device to factory settings
