Samsung is pulling the stable Android 11-based One UI 3.0 update for the entire Samsung Galaxy S10 series, as per a report. The Samsung Galaxy S10 devices in Switzerland were the first to receive the update in the first week of January. The update had also started rolling out to Samsung Galaxy S10 and Samsung Galaxy S10e devices in India. But the update is no longer available for Galaxy S10 series devices. While Samsung hasn't revealed the reason behind it, reports indicate that it has been done because of bugs in the firmware.

ofcourse, It may be a software issue,
to check it you can reset settings or complete reset.

After all I would like to inform you that if you have tried the step and you're not satisfied, I request you kindly visit the service center as your device needs physical inspection. To check for the nearest Samsung service center kindly click on the link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/

Battery care not working. No estimation or anything.
Device is heating.
And my major issue is camera ghosting. Slight movement of object results ghosting and camera is not longer good. Quality lost.
I suspect Samsung intently destroyed camera for forcing us to upgrade. I am not sure..

Are you talking about S10?
Obviously this might be some bug issue.
As S10 is one of the flagship phones, So Samsung won't do this intentionally...
