Samsung Notes

It is surprising to see that the Samsung Notes app on Galaxy J7 Max smartphone is updated to version 4.1.03.1 recently but the same app on my new Galaxy M31 is running on the older version 3.8.6.38 - All new smartphone models should be running on the newest versions of inbuilt apps by default.
