Not all, but many since S6 have it
I dont know about mid range. But all the J7 2015 has a flickering issue aswell.
And Im always worried about when its gonna come up on my device.
S6 ,S7, S8, S9, S10, S20, all have it.
Now waiting to see build quality results of S21.

Im using S9+, no problem.

Just because we don't have it doesn't mean its not there, its just a matter of luck.
Alot others have it, so its definitely something to worry about.
