I truly believe it's time for you to launch your own music streaming service. Why? Because the latest update to the Samsung Music app is simply outstanding. As a loyal Samsung user for over 15 years—starting from Samsung keypad phones and Galaxy Young to my current Galaxy S22—I’ve witnessed the evolution of Samsung Music firsthand.
With the transition to One UI, Samsung has consistently pushed boundaries. However, despite your partnership with Spotify and the redirection of users to their platform, many of us, as devoted Samsung users, would love to experience music streaming within Samsung Music itself.
One crucial factor is audio quality—Spotify still doesn't support Hi-Res music, creating the perfect opportunity for Samsung to step in. By transforming Samsung Music into a full-fledged Hi-Res music streaming service, you won’t just enhance user experience but also tap into a lucrative market.
The demand is there. The potential is huge. The time is now. Go for it.
