So, recently my device was updated with December security patch and my fingerprint sensor started to work abnormally so I came here for human assistance for any bug fixes... I entered all my details and my device details just to start the chat itself... I mean our Samsung accounts are already created and all the information is with Samsung only... so why do they need the same information again and again for phone assistance... also the app should detect which device we are using to make it more hastle-free... and the worst part of all is , if you accidentally press BACK BUTTON in an ongoing assist chat and you exit the chat... you can't be redirected to the same chat same assistant instantly... so , now you have to enter all that information again and then explain the same issue to new assistant just because you accidentally pressed the BACK BUTTON... also once we send the message to assistant, please don't pull down the keyboard... it feels annoying to again press the message space to bring up keyboard to enter new message .
