If you are new to Samsung Members, this post is for you-

What is Samsung members? 

 Samsung Members is an app by Samsung which let's you communicate with other Samsung users. Here, you can ask queries by posting them and other users who know the solution will comment and help you.

What is a "solution"?

When you post a query in the community. People who know the solution to the problem comment. If the solution they provided is helpful, you can accept their solution by clicking the three dots beside their comment.

Types of posts-

There are two types of post. They are- Community and Galaxy gallery. In Community, you post things about tech, post queries and post alot of helpful stuff about tech. In Galaxy gallery, you post pictures that are shot on your Samsung phone. The photos also appear bigger.

Levels-

There are also levels. If you are new to this community and have only one post or comment, you are on the "beginner" level. If you are used to the community, you are on the active level. Finally, if you have stayed on thus community for a long time and have more than thousand or more comments, you come on the Expert level.

Don't worry i was stuck at Active Level 10 for 1 month
Expert Level 4 for 2 months
Finally at Expert Level 5!
Took from about June 21 to Nov 21 in all from Beginner level 1 to Expert Level 5!

There is a major problem in samsung members app. Whenever I write a new community post , it just shows select forums and tags. It does not show any area for asking questions to community. How can I solve this issue,

There u have to type the title and content in the post and post it!
