Can anyone please explain me what is Samsung Max or what is it's use?

In my case not very useful. It slows down my internet speed and many government website not work or take too much time to respond.

*my internet speed is 50mbps.

Samsung Max is basically samsung's own VPN service bro. You can uninstall that if not needed.
Because it is a VPN and when connected, it protects your IP address and hence many government/regional websites may not be accessed.

Mostly..
To restrict internet access (wifi or mobile data) for some apps (that u want). ..
And more .. check data usage...
And one or two more things...

Just uninstall it.. very gud idea.. 👏

Bro there is not option to uninstall in F23.

Or uninstall with Adb.
