The Great One UI 7 release failure saga of Samsung is still on. After 6 months of beta testing and all the hue and cry, the company is still not sure about the release of one UI 7.
Naturally, our Members forum is full of decorative posts dedicated to this Samsung Saga. The members are expressing their frustration. Instead of giving a patient hearing and prompt response to them, it seems, Samsung has started to resort to easy way.... REDUCING THE VIEWS OF THE POSTS !
You can find so many posts having less views but getting more likes and comments. Also, there is a frequent popping up message of Internal Server error...
Magic doesn't work Samsung. Customers are speaking out. Let them express themselves. Don't try to suppress their voice.
Perfect. If samsung will act this way here then we'll take this to social media. Imagine thousands of tweets showing the naked money hungry begger side of samsung to every other smartphone user.
Totally agree with this. I’ve been posting photos daily too, but recently I’ve slowed down. The drop in view count and likes is pretty obvious—and I get it, most members aren’t really in the mood these days with all the delays and confusion around One UI 7.
It really feels like voices are being suppressed instead of heard. This isn’t the way to handle feedback from loyal users. Let people speak up—hiding posts or reducing reach isn’t going to fix anything.
