true. that's the innovation. but i don't think they will provide heat coil (heat pipes) or a thermal paste in their cheaper model. we can't expect all features for a cheaper phone. they made this series for acquiring market from chinese phone companies.

probably this is optional for the phones which has no heat preventing measures apart from os fix. i think they made it like either high performance or long battery life. can't say deeper or specifically without inspecting. because one os update may fix the issue also.
lol. OTA method is safe so we are getting updates. we need not to go store for updating each security patch. company also won't recommend that and it's not practical. it's not related to security patch. it might be some other defective.
company recommends to use - original charger. not to use phone while charging (gaming kind of heavy process). if not above mentioned things then that must be defective piece
