Kindly follow the below mentioned step to improve the performance of the device:

1.Turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth etc: Swipe the notification panel>Turn off Wi-Fi,Bluetooth, and other connectivity features when not using them.

2.Usage of mobile phone when charging: We recommend you to avoid usage of mobile phone while charging.

If the issue still persists, kindly attach the log file and send it to us in the Samsung member application (attach when the issue occurs within first 15 minutes of the occurrence of the issue.):-

my phone gps is always on due to Google family link they watched my location so i can't turn off gps and internet i never use more then 2 hour screen time but when ever i touched my phone too hot . i install battery temperature apps that show battery temperature 45°c these caused after oneui2 update in oneui never like that problem
