Tech TalkSamsung constantly delivers firmware updates not only to its Galaxy smartphones but also focuses on keeping its apps and services updated. Meanwhile, it seems like Samsung is preparing its Galaxy Wearable app for its smart wearable devices, as the app has just been spotted receiving a new firmware.
The post-update for the Galaxy Wearable app takes it to the newest version that can be identified with the v2.2.61.24112961 build number. This update has already started rolling out for the Galaxy users and is now available to download via the Galaxy Store.
Meanwhile, the latest update’s changelog, however, doesn’t mention any major changes or features, but it significantly adds certain fixes for the relevant bugs and other issues in order to offer a smooth and seamless user interface and experience.
Since Samsung’s Galaxy Wearable app allows users to seamlessly connect their wearable device to their smartphones while also monitoring and managing all the key features of their wearable devices, such as smartwatches, the new update appears to be crucial as it will prepare the Galaxy Wearable app before the company rolls out any new major software update.
Alternatively, Samsung has started distributing the new update for the Galaxy Wearable app that aims to keep the wearable functionality more improved and enhanced. Hopefully, the next update will bring something new and more interesting.
