Actually I have a problem on my new Samsung Galaxy Smartphone, 
 
So I asked for help to suggest a permanent solution for the same!

I finally got the solution so I want to share it with samsung users. So that they can benefit in this regard. 

This is with reference to your query regarding your Samsung Galaxy Smartphone. Kindly perform some quick troubleshooting steps to resolve your issue . 

First of all Disconnect all accessories ( if any ) 

If issue has not been resolved then check device volume settings . 

If issue has not been resolved then check mute all sound option 
Step1 : Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings . 
Step2 : Tap on Accessibility . 
Step3 : Tap on Hearing enhancements . 
Step4 : Disable Mute all sounds ( if enabled ) . 

If issue has not been resolved then check device in safe mode . 
Steps to Enter into Safe Mode :
1. Power off the device. 
2. Press and hold the Power key for one or two seconds to turn on the device. 
3. When the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume down key. 
Exit safe mode: 
Press and hold volume down and power key for at least 5 seconds to force the device to restart. 

If issue has not been resolved then reset the device. Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/ smartswitch pc suite. 
Remember google password before resetting the device because it required during initial setup. 
Step1: Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings. 
Step2: Tap on General Management. 
Step3: Tap on Reset. 

Note: List shows following reset options, kindly choose as per the symptom. 

Reset settings: Reset all settings to their default 
Reset Network settings: Reset Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and other network settings to their default. 
Factory Data reset: Reset your device to its factory default settings. 
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps. 

I would like to inform you that the installing the software may take some time and device get restart we request you to wait for some time 
Step1: Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings. 
Step2: Tap on Software update. 
Step3: Tap on Download and install. 
Step4: Checking for software update. 
Step5: Software update available. 
Step6: Tap on Download. 
Step7: Downloading updates. 
Step8: Tap on Install now. 

Note: Your phone will restart after the update is installed.
