U can cast ur phone on PC or laptop but it can't be done vice versa

Or Smart View's Developer mode ?

Nope but u can also use google remote desk but I don't know why u move to big screen to smaller screen🤐

I only cast laptop to TV that's all I don't use smart view bcz I don't need too I guess

I cast my lapot's screen to my Tab which I use as second display... I use it often

Install chrome desktop extension on your pc and than install it on your phone from play store .... than log in with same gmail account .... than connect your pc with any wifi network.... you will able to cast .... you can also control the pc from your phone .... this is very easy method ... try this .....
