Do u see a +sign on your lte...
If not then your phone does not gave CA. And that is what is missing.
My father has a30s and I am using m51. I used his and my phone for a speed test and to my surprise his phone give a a MBPS speed of 20 where as my phone give me a speed of 7 mbps not to mention we both are using jio connection.
Same room different phones same jio connection same plans.
Then I understood the value of CA , but it keeps coming and going not stable

Yes I learnt that after I post complaint regarding weak network and missung CA function on online customer supoort, since then I found +sign besides jio network
