Rebooting in Safe ModeRESETS the following:

1. Default Apps
2.Widget permissions for 3rd party launchers
3.Widget configurations of apps.

None of these should happen. Samsung must fix this. 

Rebooting normally should preserve/ restore all user configurations and app permissions automatically.
