VX-SAMSUNG, VM-SAMSUNG, ID-SAMSUNG. These are all Sender IDs that belong to Samsung. However, on our phones these are all shown in different threads, which doesn't make any sense in real world scenarios.
Request you to have messages grouped/threaded without considering the operator code. The message details section can show the operator code as required for compliance.
This is valid across models and UIs in the Indian CSC.
