Hello all.

I'm very happy to be here and extend my thoughts. First of all i want to let you know that I was a OnePlus user since OnePlus One launched. I exchanged my OnePlus 6T for this S20FE.

I want to share few concerns with you so that I might get help.

Firstly when I am on call from one sim I am not getting any message especially OTPs on another sim.

Secondly I'm missing three fingers screen shot from my OnePlus phones. The palm gesture does not work all the times and not at all when full screen navigation gesture with going back from side is enabled.

I would request developers to provide easy gesture for screen shot.

Second, you can try Accessibility>Interaction and Dexterity>Assistant menu feature for screenshots

your device supports Goodlock app/try it(samsung own customization app)..use Navstar module..(only applicable when you are using navigation buttons)

in Samsung Enable assistant menu, this is best way ,by this option you can also perform other important task such as screen off, navigation, sound, screen rotation, power off menu, notification panel and also specific app option available
To enable assistant menu just go to settings>>accessibility >>interaction and dexterity>>assistant menu>>enable and also click on it and enable>> assistant plus menu
