bro first of all you may get screen recorder feature in android 11 if Samsung wants because screen recording feature is built-in function of android 11 .... 2nd you want data speed ....for that you have to install 3rd party app called internet speedometer lite. otherwise Samsung not going to empowerd that as that is not Samsung priority app
