Alright its been more than 18 months i am using S9+ and now i feel why people buy Iphones and not samsung phones, the screen doesnt respond all of a sudden, the screen does not responds to the apps i try to open on 1st page of home while it works perfectly with the apps on 2nd page. The helth app started crashing and i am not able to use it anymore, the picture quality is poorer than it use to be when i bought it.
what makes you think iPhones dont have issues? there are countless videos of apple genius(service centers) unable to diagnose simple problems and recommending buying whole new device or exorbitant service fees.
i have used iphone for 8 years, in which i have used the last one iphone 5 for 4 years without any issue but just the battery problem. I just bought note 10 amd its camera quality is poorer than my s9+ how strange this is and may b you have seen ppl having problems with iphones but i never had one so i will count on my experience not someone elses. I am not a heavy gamer or someone who keep lots of data on my phone so even with this basic use i face issues like frozen screen and un responsive apps then I have no reason to doubt on product
It seems that you are having some software problems. It's better to visit Samsung service center and get it checked. Chances are with software update you might get it resolved.
i am not new to tec updating software is the basic and have done it already and this problem is not regular so even if i go to service they might be or might not be able to see the problem and we all know what will they do then
In that case ask service center expert to keep it under observation and if they find any thing faulty. That can be rectified related to software or hardware accordingly.
